I just started using Isolite’s newest Isolite Small DV mouthpiece this week and I’m liking it so far. It seems ideal for teens or adults with small mouths. My first patient was a 14-year-old with a pretty small mouth. I placed sealants on her second molars and the small DV mouthpiece fit perfectly. The standard small mouthpiece would have been too small and the standard medium mouthpiece would have been tough to stuff in there.

Small (left), Small DV (right). The actual size difference is minor, but the difference in performance is major when used in the right situations.
Like the inlet on the medium DV mouthpiece the inlet on the small DV mouthpiece is larger than it's standard counterpart. It makes inserting the mouthpiece onto the Isolite, IsoDry or Kona Adapter much easier.
